Operationalizing Values
An organization’s culture and brand is a reflection of its values. We can’t live values that are not named and we can’t operationalize values unless they are broken down from lofty aspirations to tangible behaviors. To fully implement values, clear definition and meaningful accountability must be rippled through an organization’s human resources systems, organizational assessments, goal setting, and external engagements.
ESG Strategy
