About

We help leaders and organizations operationalize their values, ensuring that good intentions result in transformative and sustainable positive impact.

approach and beliefs

We are rooted in our belief that individuals and organizations have the power to make the world a better place through their prosperity.

We believe that:

  • Society cannot reach its true potential if there is not justice.
  • Our collective power lies in our unity.
  • The answers needed to achieve our well-being can be found through consultation.

We adopt transformative approaches that simultaneously embrace questioning assumptions, norms, and current structures, while also ensuring that change is pragmatic, actionable, and collaborative.

Our approach to our work is bespoke, collaborative, and value-added.

We appreciate that:

  • Every leader and organization’s realities are unique and there is no cookie-cutter solution.
  • The answers often lie in collective wisdom, which can be harnessed through authentic collaborative processes.
  • No one hires a consultant or advisor to tell them what they already know or make problems more complicated – you need actionable solutions that add value.

We ensure that our work is tailored to your needs, developed in partnership with your wisdom, and adds meaningful value.

Mission

After 25 years on the frontlines of social justice advocacy and organizational scaling, I have seen what works and what doesn’t. It is urgently clear, that so many have good intentions behind their efforts to make a positive impact in the world, but often underestimate what it takes to be a transformative force for good, which requires refined intention and a mindful application of key strategies. I am passionate about supporting individuals and organizations in their efforts to be a strategic and significant force for good in the world, ensuring that they employ mindsets and tactics that are effective, efficient, authentic, values-aligned, equitable, and in service to enabling real change.
